Ingredients of Paneer Pakora
- You need For of Coating of Paneer–.
- It’s 250 gms of Paneer.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala.
- Prepare 1/6-1/4 tsp of Black Pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need As per taste of Salt.
- Prepare For of Batter–.
- It’s 2 cups of Besan(Gram Flour).
- Take 3-4 tbsp of rice flour.
- It’s As Required of Water.
- Make ready As per taste of Salt.
- You need as required of Sabut dhaniya.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
- Make ready as per taste of Salt.

Paneer Pakora step by step
- Take 250 gms of Paneer and cut them in big cubes or in any shape you want..
- Transfer all of the paneer in a bowl and then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Coat all the masala well on all paneer..
- Now take a bowl to that add 2 cups of besan, 3 tbsp of rice flour (for crisp). Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, sabut dhania and salt..
- Make a thick batter as shown in pic below๐๐๐.
- Now take the paneer, coat it properly with batter and fry it in oil..
- Paneer Pakoras are ready. wow they are amazing, crisp from outside and soft from inside๐คค๐๐.
