- Take pot, put soaked toor dal,add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and fill half pot with water.
- Then after 40 minutes,check dal should be tender then add tomatoes..
- Cook it untill tomatoes becomes tender in dal. for about 20 minutes.
- Now when tomatoes becomes tender in dal add salt..
- Now take fry pan put oil,add zeera, chopped garlic and few whole red chillies..
- When garlic becomes slightly brown,whole red chilli colour slightly turn,add zeera..
- Put this tarka in dal..
- Add chopped hara dhania and few green chilies in it..
- Fry papad in oil.
- Toor dal is ready,serve with boiled white rice,cutted tomatoes and papad..
