- Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice.
- Take 1 of garlic paste.
- It’s 1 of small piece of ginger chopped.

- Make ready 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare as required of Paneer cubes or cheese cubes.
- Prepare As per taste of Chilli flakes.
- Take 2 Tablespoons of corn or rice flour.
- Take 1 pinch of salt.

- Prepare as required of Oil to deep fry.

- Put a pan add 1 teaspoon pure ghee add cumin seeds and crackle it then add grated ginger and garlic paste, stir it for a while then add green chillies and put dal and stir it continuously till it dries..
- Now mix it with Chawal and add chopped coriander leaves, now make small ball and fill paneer or cheese cube inside it, do the same with all mixture..
- Now make a thin paste of cornflour, add chilli flakes and oregano and a pinch of salt. Dip the ball into this and wrap it with bread crumbs, do the same with all and keep it aside..
- Now put a Kadai on flame, add oil and heat up, now deep fry the balls, not more then four at a time..
- Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. I am sure that you will like it and relish it too..
