- For potatoes- wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces and deep fry until soft and cooked well. Further drain the extra oil and add salt to taste, 1tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric and cook on medium flame for 5 to 10 mins.
