- Take water in a pan and heat it to boil, add 1/2 salt, 1 teaspoon oil or ghee and now add suji/semolina and baking powder and mix well to avoid lumps and roll it as dough, let it cool for 5 mins..
- Wash urad daal and chanadaal and soak in water for 10 mins..
- Take a bowl add onion, sweet corn, and suji dough to it and mash it for 5 mins continuously to make it very soft dough..
- Make balls from the dough and steam them for 10 mins. after covering with a lid..
- Now take an another pan heat 1 teaspoon oil add curry leaves, black mustard seeds, chopped chillies, urad daal, chanadaal and fry till they get roasted. Now add turmeric powder and chilli flakes and saute for few seconds, then add imli pulp, sugar, some more salt and add steamed balls in the pan and saute for 1 min..
