  1. In a pan take oil and heat it for tempering. Add cumin and mustard seeds to it..
  2. When mustard seeds crackles add the curry leaves and chopped onion to it..
  3. When onion turns pinkish add chopped green chillies and all the dry spices (except salt) and cook for a minute..
  4. Now add the whisked curd to it and mix properly..
  5. Now add the bundi, sev, chopped green part of spring onions and salt to the pan. (Remember that bundi and gathiya are salted so be careful while adding salt)..
  6. Mix everything properly and cook for a minute. Switch off the gas and serve it hot..
  7. Serve this vegetable with roti or paratha immediately..
