- Take 1/2 cup of darker coloured chickbeans(kale channa).
- It’s 1 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 of Chopped tomato.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger+garlic+green chiily paste.
- Make ready 4-5 of curry leaf.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Mustrad seed(Rai).
- Take 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready as taste of Salt.
- Make ready as needed of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
- It’s as needed of Oil.
- Prepare as needed of Namkeen (gathiya mixture).

- Add darker coloured chickpeas(black chickpeas or kala chana) and moth in cooker and cook till 2 whistle..
- Heat some oil in pan and add kadi leaf.Ginger Garlic paste in pan.Add chopped onion and fry till it become Transpernet.Add tomato query.Add all dry masalas and mix it well..
- Now add moth and draker chickpeas and cook it till 2 wishtel..
- Now at the time of serving add chopped onion lemon and namkeen gathiya mixture..
