Dhaga Gola Qeema step by step
- Wash mince and marinate with ginger garlic paste,yougurt, masala and leave it for about 1 hour..
- Now chopped onion finely..
- Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until translucent,now add marinated mince and bhunify it well..
- Now add roasted besan and mix it well..
- Add little water if required. Bhunify it well..
- Coal smoke is optional,if you don't like skip..
