- It’s 1 of courgette.
- It’s 1 of tomato.
- You need 1 of onion.
- Take 1 slice of turkey bacon or any leftover meat you have.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Oregono.
- Take 1 tablespoon of thyme.
- Prepare 0.5 tablespoon of paprika.
- Take 1 tablespoon of parsley.
To get the perfect soft boiled egg, I take two large eggs straight from the fridge.Then gently fold through the ricotta.Season with sea salt and chilli flakes to your desired heat.I thought I would start a new series on my channel, fridge foraging.
