Ingredients of Chicken Biriyani(my style)

  1. It’s 250 gm of Basmati rice.
  2. Prepare 4/6 pieces of Chicken legs.
  3. You need 2 of big siz boil potato.
  4. Prepare 1 of big siz chopped onion.
  5. Prepare 2/4 pieces of boil egg.
  6. Prepare 4 pieces of Plum.
  7. You need 1/2 pieces of bey leaf.
  8. You need 2 pieces of Big cardamom.
  9. Take 2/3 pieces of small cardamom.
  10. You need 2/3 of star anish.
  11. It’s of Salt as per taste.
  12. You need 1/2 spoon of Red chilli powder.
  13. You need 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
  14. Make ready 10/14 pieces of safron or yellow food colour.
  15. It’s 1 spoon of rose water.
  16. It’s 1/2 drops of mitha atar.
  17. Take 1 spoon of garam mashala powder.
  18. You need 1 spoon of garlic paste.
  19. You need 1/2 spoon of ginger paste.
  20. You need 1 spoon of ghee.
  21. Make ready 1 spoon of butter.

  5. Now you have to spread the mixture of chicken leg, boiled potato, boiled egg and rose water and kotha star over a little more rice..
  6. Serve with a small amount of kasar water or food colour and little bit of ghee spread over the rice..
