- First take tomatoes,wash and peel the skin and cut length wise. Keep it aside..
- Take a pan,add 1 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds,then green chilies and ginger paste. Saute it for 1 minute then add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.now add curd and mix well. Then add tomato puree and grated potato,cook for 2 minutes. Add turmerind sauce. Then add chopped tomato. Cover it and cook until tomato become little soft and turn off the burner.tomato mix is ready.
