- Take 1 cup of Maida-.
- It’s 1/4 cup of Sev-.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Ganthia.
- You need 1/2 inch of Ginger.
- Prepare 2 of Green chilli.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Garam masala-.
- It’s -1 tsp of Chat masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ghee-.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Oil for deepfry.

- Take a bowl add maida,oil&salt mix well.add little water &makes a dough..
- Cover the dough &rest it 10 mints..
- Take a griender jar add sev,ganthia,ginger,&greenchilli,roughly blend it..
- Add chat masala&garammasala mix it &keep It aside..
- Take a ball size from dough roll it &cut it horizontal.cross the pieces stuff the ganthia mixture..
- Fold it and makes packet..
- Dip fry the packet..
