Shakkar pare step by step
- Take a pan add milk and sugar heat it,keep stirring on low flame until sugar is mated then switched off the flame,and cool it..
- Then take a big bowl add refined flour, ghee mix it well with flour and make a ball,then mix little little sugar's milk..
- Now make a Sami soft daugh like this and covered with cotton cloth and leave for 15 to 20 minutes..
- Now take a big ball size portion from the dough and make thick parathaor roti and cut with pizza cutter into squares pieces..
- Now take a kadhai or a pan add ghee and heat it gas flame is on medium.then frying raw shakkar pare and strring until golden brown then take out them on a plate..
- And fry all raw shakkar pare as same method.all shakkar pare is ready now…..
