  1. Take 1 cup of All Purpose Flour/ Maida.
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of Fine Semolina/ Sooji.
  3. You need 3/4 tsp of Salt.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of Carom Seeds/ Ajwain.
  5. Take 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  6. Make ready As required of Oil.

When you will hold it in between your palms, it will form into a ball.Make small balls of the dough and roll them into medium sized chapatis.Cut the chapatis into small diamond shapes and keep them aside.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.

  4. Fry the namakpare on low heat till golden brown..
