  2. lightly grease the holes of cake pop moulds or little cup cake trays and place spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture into the greased tin holes and press down and around the sides to mould base into holes . then place in refrigerator to set , before cooking , whilst you prepare the filling ..
  3. FILLING : preheat oven to 170°C . Place the butter cubes , the cream and all the chocolate pieces into a saucepan and place on stove on low heat , stirring continuously , until all is melted be smooth , roughly 5-7 minutes . next pour the chocolate mixture into a clean dry bowl and refrigerate until cooled but "NOT SET" whilst the base cooks and cools , about 20minutes ..

COOKING THE BASES : once chocolate mixture has been refrigerated remove the prepared bases from the fridge and place in the preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes , until cooked and lightly golden . once cooked remove from heat and leave to cool completely before removing them from the trays . NOTE : bases middle may rise. a little once cooked , if so just press them back down lightly with back of a spoon whilst they are still hot straight out of the oven ..
  5. ASSEMBLING : take the prepared chocolate mixture from the fridge and give it a stir , now place bases onto a flat surface and place a spoonful of the chocolate mixture into each of the bases to fill them evenly . place them assembled mudpuddles into the fridge to set fully ..
