- You need of Cassava.
- You need of Ayoyo leave.
- You need of Stock fish.
- Make ready of Scott bonnet.
- It’s of Spices.
- Take of Onion.
- You need of Oil.
- Prepare of Beef.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of beans.
A classic African dish which can be served as an accompaniment to dishes such as Egusi Soup.Traditionally this dish is eaten communally using the hands.This my first attempt at eba.It came out a but lumpy.
Eba with ayoyo soup instructions
- Wash your beef and put in a pot cut onions add garlic, ginger,Maggie,salt cover and set on medium heat.blend or ground scottbonnet with onion add in the pot then add oil and fry.add water and beans and little potash.
- Allow water to boil then add stock fish and spices allow to cook for 30 minutes then cut ayoyo leave in small size and put allow to cook for 10-15mins then your ayoyo soup is ready.
- Boil water in a pot get ur cassava flour and put in small portion and turn untill firm mash well your eba is ready.
- Serve cassava swallow with ayoyo soup or any other soup of your desire.
