Ingredients of Corn Salsa

  1. It’s 1 each of small poblano chile pepper, seeded and minced.
  2. Make ready 3 tsp of olive oil.
  3. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of corn (fresh or frozen).
  5. Take 1 each of small jalapeno pepper seeded and minced.
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of red onion chopped.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of lime juice.
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.

Corn Salsa step by step

  1. Brush poblano pepper with olive oil and grill skin-side down until charred but still firm, about 5 minutes. Cool and minced.
  2. If using fresh corn, boil a small pot of water to boil. Add corn and boil until tender. 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix corn (THAWED) poblano, jalapeno, cilantro, and red onion I a bowl..
