Khichdi Arancini (Khichdi Ke Pakode) instructions
- Put some oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum and saute it, add boiled vegetables and saute it for some more time. now add leftover khichdi and mix it well.
now let it cool..
- Scoop out equal size balls out of it, flatten it from hand add cheese cube and again reshape it into a ball..
- Mix cornflour with a lil water to prepare a batter, in another bowl mix salt, pepper and bread crumb..
- Dip each ball first in cornflour batter, then in bread crumb mixture and let it set for 5 min..
- Heat appe pan, add little oil, put your balls in it and cover it, let it bake for 5 mins or till it's golden brown….
- Now keep turning it around and bake till all the other side is golden brown..
- Take it out.. your aranchini balls are ready to eat…Serve with Kechup.
