- Peel,wash and cut carrot, potato and onion…..
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and onion….. when onion turns red…add turmeric powder and red chilli powder…mix well now add potato, carrot and peas and salt to taste…. now mix well and cover the cooker…..
- After a whistle on mediam flame switch the flame low….after 4 to 5 minutes switch off the flame….when pressure is out add Garam Masala, sabji masala, green coriander leaves and mix well….
