- Peel, wash and cut carrot, onion and potato….
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds, asafetida and onion…till onion turns red..add turmeric and red chilli powder…now add gajar,aaloo and matar…mix well…now add salt to taste…..mix well and cover the cooker….
- After a whistle switch the flame low….after 5 minutes switch the gas off….
- Now addgaram masala and coriander leaves……
- Gajar, matar, aaloo is ready to eat….
