- Take flour into big bowl, add oil and salt. Mix well. Then add water gradually and bind very stiff dough, make sure not to knead first. Make 5 equal size of balls, and prepare thick roti from it..
- Heat earthen tawa on medium to low heat and add bhakhari to that tawa, wait till it turns light brown and then cook properly till light brown and crispy, then turn that on low open flame till fluffy and light brown. Apply clarified butter/ghee and serve..
