- Take the gram flour and add ajwain,hing and oil and mix well with your hands..
- Now take about 1/2 Cup Water and add 1/4 tsp Cooking Soda and 1/2 tsp Salt and dissolve in the water..
- Now add little by little water to the gram flour mixture and make a medium dough..
- Add little by little water and knead the dough..
- This dough shouldn't be soft nor Very hard but make sure to knead the dough Well.If required you may use more water..
- Take a fry pan and add oil to heat it..
- Take a wooden board and take a small Puri sized ball and press it straight on the board with your palm in a rapid motion..
- Take a sharp knife and remove this strip quickly and then fry in medium hot oil to fry crispy..
- Now it's ready and finish the dough in the same manner and fry about 2-3 strips each time and take a flat and wide pan to fry it..
