Ingredients of Green grapes kheer [ Haree angoor ki kheer]
- You need 3 cups of Full fat milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of basmati rice.
- You need 1/4 cup of sugar [ or as per taste].
- You need 2 tbsp of Almond flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of green grapes [ sliced into thin circles].
- Prepare 1 pinch of saffron.
- Make ready 2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of almonds chopped.
- Make ready as required of ghee.

- Lightly brush a pressure cooker with ghee and pour milk in it..
- When it boils add sugar and saffron strands and mix well. Then close the pressure cooker and reduce the milk by boiling it on a low heat for 20 minutes..
- Coarsely grind the basmati rice and keep it aside..
- Open the pressure cooker and add the grind basmati rice and almond flour and combine well. close the lid and cook it for another 40-45 minutes in the lowest heat setting..
- Open the lid and add cardamom powder..
- Heat ghee in a nonstick tawa and add sliced green grapes. Roast it until it starts to get browned..
- Mix the ghee roasted green grapes together with the basmati rice mixture..
- Garnish it with roasted almond shavings and serve it hot or chilled..
