Ingredients of Desi style chinese rice

  1. You need 1000 g of rice.
  2. Make ready 5 of medium sized potatoes (fried as the shape of french fries).
  3. Prepare 1 of medium sized cabbage.
  4. Prepare 750 g of chicken.
  5. It’s 250 g of green peas.
  6. Make ready 2-3 of medium sized capsicum.
  7. Make ready 2 of small onions.
  8. It’s 7-8 cloves of garlic.
  9. Prepare of salt- as per taste.
  10. Prepare of black pepper - as per taste.
  11. Take 2-3 tbs of soya sauce.
  12. Prepare 2 tbs of oil (for rice).
  13. You need 4-5 tbs of oil (for saute vegies).
  14. Prepare of oil for frying.

Add remaining soy sauce, ajinomoto and white pepper.Stir in the rice, sugar and salt to taste.Stir fry all together for couple of minutes, mix lightly taking care not to break or crush the rice.Add the spring onion leaves (green) and remove from heat.

  1. Boil rice (three fourth) along with salt. Drain the water and pour oil and give a good mix..
  2. Boil chicken and peas in same pan with little bit of salt and black pepper. After boiling, shred the chicken..
  3. Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Now add garlic. Fry them just a little as it gives fragrance..
  4. Now add onions and fry them. Don't make them golden brown..
  5. Now add capsicum and cabbage and saute them..
  6. Now when these vegies are fried, add potato fries, peas and chicken..
  7. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Add soya sauce..
  8. Give it a good mix..
  9. Add rice to the veggies and mix together..
  10. Serve and enjoy..
