Ingredients of Colourful Zarda

  1. Make ready 3 cups of rice (soak in water).
  2. You need 5 of long.
  3. Take of 1/2 cup milk.
  4. Make ready of 1/4 tsp yellow/ green colour.
  5. You need 6,7 of small cardemon.
  6. Take 1 cup of ghee/ oil.
  7. You need 2 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  8. You need of 1/2 cup red, green patay(asrafia).
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of almond, pistachio and coconut.
  10. You need of 5,6 rusgulay pink, white.
  11. Make ready of 3 eggs boiled.
  12. Make ready of 1 cup motton boiled and shredded(with salt and peper).
  13. You need of 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  1. Boiled the rice completely and set in a bowl..
  2. Heat a pan add ghee and long and illachi then add sugar stir it..
  3. Take a boiled rice add milk, zarda colour and all dry fruits and pour into sugar, illachi and long pot stir it well..
  4. Now stir the rice completely and mix it then dum for 10 minutes and tender it completely in the end sprinkle motton in small pieces..
  5. Now take out in plate and decorate woth rusgula, asrakia and boiled eggs with dry fruits, enjoy it..
  6. A very unique colourful zarda with motton is ready to serve..
