- Take 1cup of Rice.
- You need 1/2 cu of Vegies like cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, beans, peas.
- Take 1 of Chopped onions.
- You need 1 tsp of Grated garlic.
- You need 2 tbsp of Fried onion.
- Take 2 tbsp of Grind tomato and chilli.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Whole spicea like cloves, black pepper.
- Take 1 of bay leaf.
- It’s 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, zeera.
- Take 1tsp of Spices.

- Firstly put some oil in cooker and heat it.
- Than add whole spices and zeera in that after heat add vegies in that and mix well.
- After 5 min add chopped onion and grated garlic in it and mix well and cook for 10 min.
- Than add kasuri methi and spices like salt, chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garam masala, biryani masala, degi mirch and mix well.
- Than add tomato and chilli paste in it and mix well cook for 5 min and add soaked rice in it and mix well.
- Add water and put the lid off till one whistle.
- After one whistle put the gas off.
- While serve add fried onion on it.
