  1. Take 2 tbsp. of olive oil, divided.
  2. Prepare 8 oz. of sliced mushrooms.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large, deep skillet with a tight fitting lid over medium heat. Once it's hot, add the mushrooms and cook them until browned, stirring occasionally. Add the minced garlic and cook another minute or so, until fragrant. Then remove the mushrooms to a separate plate and set them aside..
