Ingredients of Laapsi
- You need 2 cups of broken wheat(porridge).
- Make ready To taste of jaggery.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel seeds).
- It’s pinch of cardamom powder.
- Make ready 2 tablespoon of Desi ghee.
- It’s As needed of Dry fruits.

Laapsi step by step
- Wash and soak daliya for 15 minutes.
- In a cooker add ghee and soaked daliya and roast till changes colour it takes alot of time.
- In another pan take 3 glass of water and jaggery and boil.
- Once boiled add this water in daliya.mix nicely with saunf, cardamom powder and nuts.
- Pressure cook for 4 to 5 Whistles.
- Serve hot.
