Ingredients of Sawiyon ka zarda
- It’s 1 cup of Sawiyan.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
- It’s 2 of elaichi.
- Take 5 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 1 pinch of Yellow Food color.
- You need of As required Dry fruits.
My mom always make this on eid in breakfast.First saute vermicelli in clarified ghee.It is also known as Seviyan ka Meetha, Kimami Seviyan or Seviyan ka Halwa.Stir it once or twice in between to ensure that zarda does not stick at the bottom of the kadhai.
Sawiyon ka zarda step by step
- Aik pan ma ghee add kra then elaichi daal kar saute kra.
- Add Sawiyan in it then mix it well on low flame add sugar,water 1/2glass and Food color rest it for 2 mins.
- Garnish it with dry fruits…..and enjoy ๐.
