- Take 1 Cup of Suji.
- Prepare 1 Cup of Sugar.
- You need 1.5 Cup of Water.
- Take 1 Tea Spoon of Elaichi Powder.
- You need 1 Tea Spoon of Saunf Powder.

Rava Peda Mithai step by step
- Take a bowl, add 1 Cup Suji in it with 1 Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Elaichi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Saunf Powder in it & mix them properly..
- Now take a pan, add 1.5 Cup Water in it & keep the gas on medium flame & let it boil..
- When water starts boiling, add Suji mixture in it & start mixing it immediately with water properly otherwise lumps will be formed in Suji..
- After mixing, immediately turn off the gas & let the Suji soak water for some time..
- Meanwhile take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
- After some time, make small size peda’s from the mixture & don’t let the mixture cool down..
- When oil gets heated up, add peda’s in it & fry them till they are golden brown in colour..
- After some time, when they are golden brown in colour, take them out in a plate..
- Your Rava Peda Mithai is ready to be served..
