- Peel and grate carrots, heat up heavy bottomed pan, add 2tbsp ghee, add chopped dry fruits roast it and take it out & keep aside.
- Now add grated carrots to the same pan, roast it for two to three minutes, add milk keep stirring untill milk is obsorbed..add sugar and 1tbsp of ghee keep stirring about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
