Peppered tofu step by step
- On a low heat add little oil on ur pan.
- Add sliced onion and fry until translucent.
- Add ur grated scotch bonnets, ginger garlic paste, seasoning and stir fry for like 5mnts.
- Add in ur fried tofu and stir until well combined.
- Turn off heat and garnish with ur chopped parsley and sweet pepper.
