- Prepare 1 of small sized tomato finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 of medium sized grated potato.
- Make ready 2 of green chillies Finely chopped.
- It’s as needed of Finely chopped curry leaves and Coriander.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 3 cups of water.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
Potato Omelet: a step by step guide.First you need to peel and cut the potatoes into identical slices.There's nothing too fancy about this rustic Spanish style omelet, just lots of hearty goodness from crispy fried potatoes and onions.Chopped tomatoes and green onions lend even more flavor and color.

- Take gram flour, corn flour and half cup rice flour(here i have showed the rice flour in a tsp).
- Add jeera, salt,grated potatoes.
- Add finely chopped green chillies, onions, tomatoes, finely chopped curry leaves and coriander.
- Add turmeric and 3 cups water(the batter should be more pourable in consistency) and mix well without lumps and add sugar.
- Spread the batter on a tawa like dosa, but dont use the spatula too much and spread… U have to jus pour the batter circularly and then slightly spread by rotating the tawa.
- Now serve it hot with chutney…..
