Kansar instructions
- Take flour, add oil in that. Mix it well and keep it aside..
- Take a heavy bottom pan. Add water, ghee and jaggery. Let it boils for some time..
- Add flour in this water. Close it without mixing. Cook it on low flame for another 5 minutes. After that, open and mix it well..
- And shift to another vessel which can go in your cooker..
- Take a pressure cooker. Add water and keep the kansar vessel in that. Close it. Give 5-6 whistles..
- Open and serve hot with main dish. Don't forget to add powdered sugar and ghee on the top. Mix it well and enjoy..
