Ingredients of Paneer coconut peda
- You need 400 Gms of Paneer.
- Take 250 Gms of Sugar.
- You need 1 1/2 Cup of Milk.
- You need 3 Tbsp of Desiccated Coconut.
- You need 1 Tsp of Powdered Cardamom.
- You need 5-6 of Almonds (Sliced).
- You need 15-20 of Saffron Strands.
Well what's not to love in it is a bigger question.Anyways I had some paneer lying in my fridge and coconut milk and thought of combining the two.Coconut peda are simply delicious fudge recipe made from coconut and milk powder.In this recipe I have followed the same method as the Paneer peda which I had posted earlier.
Paneer coconut peda instructions

- Grate Paneer and divide into two equal parts..
- Take one portion in a saucepan, add milk to it. Roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder to it. Roast it we get crumbly texture..
- Take second portion of paneer in a blender bowl. Add 1 cup milk and blend it to a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to the sauce pan and cook on low flame..
- Add Desiccated Coconut and Cook till we get a soft dough.
- Add saffron strands and mix properly..
- Remove from flame and let it cool for some time..
- Mould Paneer Peda and roll them in desiccated coconut..
- Garnish Paneer Peda with Almond Flakes.
- Refrigerate Paneer Peda for 2 to 3 hours. Serve chilled..
