- Make ready 1 cup of Milk.
- It’s 2 cups of Milk powder.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of Sugar.
- It’s 2-3 spoon of Ghee.
- Take as needed of Pistachios for garnishing.
- You need 5-6 of Rose petals for garnishing.

Milky peda step by step
- Take a bowl mix sugar & milk till sugar dissolves.
- Add ghee in it.
- Now slowly slowly add milkpowder & mix.
- Pour in apan & switch on gas now.
- Cook on medium gas untill it becomes thick & collect like a baĺl.
- Now let it cool & rub two minutes with your hand.
- Take a dough roll with roller pin & cut round size as you like.
- Garnish with pistachio &rosepetals..
