- Heat ghee in a pan,add milk and stir.Let it boil..
- Add milk powder portion by portion,stirring continuously..
- Add sugar and cook on low flame till ghee separates..
- Put off flame.Add kewra water.Divide mixture into 2 equall portions.In one portion mix cocoa powder.Mix well..
- Make small pea size balls from chocolate portion.Keep aside..
- Make same sized balls from white portion..
- Take 2 ball from each portion.I.e 2 white balls and 2 chocolate balls..
- Place them on your palm.Press a little to combine,roll in between two palms,the press gently between palms to form a disc or peda..
