- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take a bowl add all ingredients in it.
- Then add spices.
- Add eggs and mix well put it aside.
- Make dough by mixing flour salt and water and make pairs from it.
- Heat up tawa,make roti and put that on tawa.
- Apply oil on it and cook it from both sides.
- Then pour omlete mixture on one side of roti spread it equally cook it on low flame.
- When the mixture cooked little bit flip the roti and cook it from other side paratha is done handle it carefully.
