- Take 7 of carrots.
- Make ready 4 tablespoons of ghee.
- Take 4 cup of condensed milk.
- You need 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- You need 50 g of cashews/almonds.
- Prepare 50 g of raisins.

- Peel the carrot well and then grate them..
- In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons ghee, now add the carrots grated earlier.
- Stir the carrots into ghee well.
- Now add condensed milk to the mixture.
- Cook this on low heat until milk reduces; note you have to stir this mixture often.
- When the milk reduces 90%, then add remaining 2 tablespoons ghee into the mixture.
- Now add 2 tablespoons sugar, cashews and raisins in the mixture.
- Stir mixture well and simmer it on a lower until till it dries.
- Carrot Halwa is ready, now serve this dessert hot or chilled.
- Note: You can use normal milk instead of condensed milk. If you are using normal milk then increase the quantity of sugar.
