- Make a smooth running mixture of gramflour and water.
- Make oil hot to fry boondi.use small strainer.
- Turn the gas on low flame to fry and start pouring small portions on strainer and you will see small blondies dropping into oil.be safe oil is hot.
- In once you can make 3 to 4 spoonfuls of boondi and turn the flame high to fry fast.
- Make syrup of jaggery and water and cook for complete 8 minutes.add lemon juice.
- After cooling down boondi add it to hot syrup and mix well and keep it for 5 minutes to come at room temperature.
- Add 2 tbsp milk and sugar and mix well.start making laddoos.
- Grease your palm with desi ghee and take small amounts of mixture and just squeeze gently for 2 to 3 seconds and use both hands to make small laddoos.
