Ingredients of Beans dumplings (Dan wake) 2
- Prepare 4 cups of Beans flour.
- Make ready 2 cups of Cassava flour.
- It’s 2 cups of All purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of White potash.
- You need 1 tbspn of Salt.
- Take 1 tbspn of White maggie.
- Take of Grinded Bobaob leaves (miyar kuka) 2 tblspn.
- Prepare of Shredded cabbage.
- Prepare of Sliced onions and tomatoes.
- It’s of Maggie star.
- You need of Fried groundnut oil.
- Prepare of Spicy ground pepper.
If you are in North and you have not eaten or tasted it,then you are missing.Though I don't know what it's called in English, I would call it 'Beans Flour Dumplings'.This is also one of my favourite Northern Nigerian recipes but.It can be called bean dumpling.
Beans dumplings (Dan wake) 2 instructions
- In a bowl mix all the flour, white potash, grinded boboab leaves, salt white Maggie and water mix well till wel cooperated.
- Start dip by using ur hands it in a boiling water close for 10 mins when done use colander and transfer it to cold water.
- Then serve as seen in the picture.
