- Grease a flat dish.Put pakoras batter with a tsp in the dish, leaving some space in between..
- Microwave for 1 1/2 min..
- Mix all ingredients of kadhi till smooth..
- Strain into a deep bowl. Microwave for 10 min, stirring once in between..
- Add pakoras..
- For tempering, mix ghee with a pinch of hing powder, zeera, mustard seeds..
- Microwave for 2 min..
- Add dry red chillies, green chilli thin long piece, 1 tsp red chilli powder to hot ghee..
- Pour over the kadhi. Garnishing chopped coriander leaves..
- Ready to serve..
