- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees..
- In a bowl add together eggs and oil and beat well. Then add sugar, sour cream and vinegar to the mixture and beat well..
- In a separate bowl Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Now add these dry ingredients to the batter and mix well. Add milk and beat well..
- Now divide the mixture in 5 or 6 portions (depending upon the number of colors u have). In one portion add coco powder and mix well. Similarly add 1tsp of each color in each portion and mix well..
- Brush or Spray muffin/cupcake pan with oil and put cup cake liners in it. Now make layers of different colored batter by putting 1tsp of each color in cupcake pan. You can make your own color combination. Bake on 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes..
