- You need 4 medium size of Potatoes boiled.
- You need 2 tsp of For gravy ghee.
- Prepare 3 medium size of Tomatoes 3.
- It’s 5-6 of Garlic.
- Prepare 1" of Ginger.
- It’s 4-6 of Chillies.
- Take 2-3 of Red dry chillies.
- Prepare 2-3 of Tez patta / bay leaf.
- Make ready 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Jeera / cumin.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Coriander for garnish.
- Prepare as needed of Water.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Garam masala powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder.

Aloo tari wale chatpate instructions
- Boil the potatoes.
- For gravy….make a paste of tomatoes,ginger, garlic and chillies all together in a grinder.
- After that in a pan or kadhai add two spoon of deshi ghee.
- Put all the dry ingredients and allow to crackle them then put the paste of tomatoes.
- Stir occasionally when the oil comes out from the gravy then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala., stir well.cover the pan with lid,when the masala loose the oil put mashed potatoes you can cut potatoes or simply mashed by hands stir it and cover with lid after 5 to 6 min. Add around one glass of water allow the water to boil after 5 min switch off the gas stove garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle garam masala serve with puri or kachor..
