- Prepare gram of flour 2tbsp.
- It’s 2 cups of water.
- You need 1/2 cup of white chocolate.
- Prepare 1 cup of cream.

- Heat ghee in a vessel add semolina and roast.
- As it get roasted add gram flour and roast it also.
- Add milk rose syrup mix well.
- Add sugar water and mix well cook till mixture starts leaving the vassel.
- Add rose essence turn off gas let the mix cool down.
- For chocolate ganache heat the cream in a pan.
- As cream get heated (not boiled) turn of gas add small pieces of chocolate mix well.
- Ganache is ready give shape of your choice to semolina pudding serve it in a plate with chocolate ganache.
