  6. Make ready 1 Inch of Ginger (Finely chopped).
  7. Make ready 1 Bunch of Green Onions (Chopped) White & the light green parts only.
  8. Take 1/4 of th Bunch of each Coriander greens & Mint (To be added to the Potatoes).
  9. It’s 1 Tsp of Cumin seeds.
  10. Prepare 1 Tsp of Mustard seeds.
  11. It’s 1 Tsp of Deghi Mirch/Red Chilli Powder.
  12. Take 1 Tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
  13. It’s 1 Tsp of Amchur/Dry Mango Powder.
  14. Make ready 1/2 of Lemon.
  15. You need of As per taste Salt.

  11. Stir well. Cook for 2 minutes..

  14. Serve hot with Roti/Parantha/Poori..
