- Peel and grat potato.
- Take a mixing bowl add grated potato, rice, salt, red chilli powder, mint powder,Asafoetida, food colour mash with hands and mix it..
- Make a dough.
- Take a bhujiya maker, set medium sized bhujiya plate in it..
- Fill a part of dough in maker and made a bhujiya of it..
- Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry it crispy by flipping it..
- Remove it from oil and keep it on tissue paper to remove excess oil..
- I will go with mint flavor..you can try any other..
