- Take 2 of Potatoes (Aloo), boiled, peeled and cut into medium sized.
- You need 1/4 cup of Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali).
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat Masala Powder.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin powder (Jeera).
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of Amchur (Dry Mango Powder.
- Take to taste of Salt,.
- Make ready as required of Wheat flour tortilla.
- Take 1/2 of Shredded purple cabbage.
