Chatpate hare matar instructions
- First grind the masala paste.
- Take a cooker.. add oil and then put cumin seeds, red chilli, tejpatta and finely sliced onions and fry them till golden in colour. Then add masala paste with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry them on medium flame.. fry till oil separates…
- Now we can add green matar and fry for some minutes.. then add garam masala and roasted cumin powder.. and don't forget to add salt (as per taste). Add water to it for Gravy…
- Close the lid of cooker.. and cook on medium flame for 4 whistle..
- Serve hot with naan, jeera rice or any bread of your choice.. garnish with coriander leaves…
