- Prepare 3/4 cup of Besan.

- Make ready 4 of laddi pav.
- Take of Meetha chutney.
- You need of Tikkhi chutney.
- You need of Sukhi lahsun ki chutney.
- You need 8-10 of fried green chillies.

- For the vada.
- Heat the oil in a small kadhai and add mustard seeds..
- When the seeds crackle add the hing and curry leaves and saute on a medium flame for few seconds..
- Add the ginger garlic chilli.paste and mix well..
- Add the potatoes, salt and turmeric, mix well and cook for a minute..
- Add the chopped Coriander and mix well..
- Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into round balls..
- Dip each vada in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour..
- Assembling of vada pav.
- Slit a Pav horizontally, apply meetha chutney, theekhi chutney and sukhi lahsun chutney on the inner sides of the Pav and stuff with a hot vada…
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more vada pav..
- Deep fry the green chillies and serve with vada pav..
